-
Emergency Procedures - Etch will establish and communicate clear emergency procedures, including evacuation plans, first aid protocols, and procedures for reporting accidents or incidents promptly.

IT and Software Safety - Etch acknowledges the importance of IT and software safety. We will ensure that all systems and software used in the workplace comply with industry standards for security and data protection.
Every employee at Etch has a responsibility for their own health and safety and that of their colleagues. Managers and supervisors will be accountable for ensuring that health and safety policies are communicated, understood, and adhered to within their teams.
Etch encourages employees to report all incidents, accidents, and near misses promptly. This information will be used to investigate and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Etch will regularly review its health and safety performance, seeking feedback from employees and stakeholders. This feedback will be used to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance overall safety.
