Responsibility

Compliance with this policy is considered mandatory.

Violations of the policies, standards and procedures will result in corrective action by management.

We prioritize integrity and transparency in all our operations. This policy is designed to provide a secure and confidential platform for reporting any concerns or instances of suspected misconduct, fraud, or violations of our company policies, laws, or regulations.

We encourage all individuals associated with our company, including employees, contractors, vendors, customers, and stakeholders, to use this policy as a means to raise genuine concerns without fear of reprisal. Your voice matters, and your commitment to upholding our ethical standards is integral to our success.

If an individual does not fully understand anything in this policy, they should consult with the persons listed under Responsibility.

The aforementioned persons shall resolve any conflicts arising from this policy.

Reporting Channels

Individuals are encouraged to report concerns, suspicions, or complaints regarding unethical behaviour, fraud, or violations directly to their immediate supervisor or manager.

Confidentiality

Reports will be handled confidentially to the extent possible, considering the need to conduct a thorough investigation. The identity of the whistleblower will be protected, and information will only be disclosed on a need-to-know basis.

Protection from Retaliation

Etch prohibits retaliation against individuals who report concerns or misconduct in good faith. Retaliation against whistleblowers is a violation of this policy and may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contract.

Investigation Procedure

Upon receipt of a report, Etch will conduct a prompt, fair, and impartial investigation by designated individuals or a committee responsible for handling such matters.

Corrective Action

If misconduct is substantiated, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken, which may include reprimand, suspension, termination, or legal actions, as necessary.

False Reporting

Reporting of false information maliciously or with the knowledge of its falsity is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.

All users are required to read, understand and comply with other policies, standards, and procedures. If any staff member does not fully understand anything in these documents, they should consult with the persons listed under responsibilities. The aforementioned persons shall resolve any conflicts arising from this policy.
