Problem

Studying for CIMA involves a lot of reading. Students were struggling to stay focused and find opportunities to fit in study around their work/social commitments.

Solution

The product had to encourage students to commit to chasing the long-term reward of passing their exam. We quickly realised that this was similar to weight-loss or training, where progress happens slowly, and you have to put in a consistent effort to see results.
